How to search for your book
If you know the title or author of the book you are looking for, then go to the search engine located at the side of the page and type in what you are looking for. This will bring up a list of possible books. Click on the title you are searching for to see more information about this book.
Alternatively, you can search by the subject category of interest. Simply click on your chosen category and browse through the relevant titles.
How to place an order
To place an order, simply follow this four step guide.
1. Choose the title you wish to purchase. To add this item to your shopping basket, click the button.
2. Once you have chosen all the titles that you wish to purchase, you may then proceed to the checkout by clicking. You can then check your titles, the quantity ordered and the price you will pay.
3. If you are a new customer, your name, address and payment details will be requested. If you are an existing customer, your details will be remembered from previous purchases.
4. To process the order, click on the 'Submit your order' button. You will then receive your order summary: name, address, books ordered, payment method and delivery method.

Delivery
Estimated delivery times
Unlike other online bookshops, stock of all our titles is kept on site. This enables us to ensure that you will have prompt delivery of your books. The normal delivery times** are as follows:
Northern Ireland, ROI & GB 2-4 days
Europe 4-7 days
USA, Canada, Rest of world 4-8 weeks
**These timescales are based on surface mail services. If you should require faster/airmail delivery please outline your request in the 'your comments to us' box on the purchase form and we will contact you immediately to arrange a suitable delivery time and cost.
**These timescales are based on local postal advice. Due to our lack of control over overseas postal services they cannot be guaranteed. For USA, Canada and rest of world deliveries, Blackstaff cannot consider re-sending undelivered orders until 12 weeks after initial dispatch.

To do this, we operate an open and honest pricing policy: we do not offer discount on individual titles only to charge more than the offered discount in postage and packaging. Pricing
Unlike some other online bookshops, we do not offer discount only to charge more for postage and packaging. We offer very competitive delivery rates.
You can use our currency converter to see how much your chosen books cost in your local currency on the day of purchase. Total price is calculated on the cover price of the books (less any promotional discount) and the delivery charge.
